Meghan Perdue

Internationally acclaimed violinist Meghan Perdue has been an active member of the music industry as a sought-after performer and accomplished teacher since 2006. She holds her Bachelor of Music degree from Belmont University in Commercial Violin Performance, a Master of Music degree also from Belmont in Commercial Violin Performance with a focus on String Pedagogy, and an Ed.D. in Learning Organizations and Strategic Change from Lipscomb University. Fluent in a broad range of styles such as classical, Celtic, Scandinavian, jazz, bluegrass, and more, Perdue’s versatility as a musician distinguishes her as a current resident of Nashville, TN, where she works as a performing and recording performer and teacher. Perdue is faculty at Belmont University in the School of Music and at Vanderbilt University in the Blair School of Music. Additionally, she is both a member of the teaching faculty and of the organizing committee for Alasdair Fraser’s Sierra Fiddle Camp.
